    We are looking for a supplier to provide migration services from a current Colo/datacenter to a managed hosting environment. Both the current and future environments are located in the U.S. We will be issuing an RFP in the coming weeks as scope and requirements are further defined. This will likely be a time and materials engagement with a contracted bucket of hours.

    SUMMARY

    Seeking a Hunter to find new opportunities! The Inside BDR (Business Development Representative) is responsible for prospecting, lead management and closing opportunities within a territory. This is achieved through inbound leads from live chat, social media, website links, email campaigns and inbound calls. The Inside BDR is also responsible for Outbound Calling and Hunting to penetrate prospect accounts to identify decision makers, qualify, propose solutions and assist with closing potential opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Business Development Representative is to educate, nurture and determine Prospect’s needs for sales by taking the following actions:

    A.    Monitor inbound requests. Prospects or customer request in real time   (i.e. chat, phone, email, website forms, fax).

    B.    Make outbound calls to follow-up on marketing generated leads and contacts to determine if a customer acquisition opportunity exists.

    C.    Assist prospect  with request and/or inquiry via live chat,, email or phone call and document  in CRM

    D.   Educate and nurture prospect’s using documentation, on-line presentations and webinars.

    E.    Interface with prospects to determine prospect need and pre-qualification for a customer acquisition of one time shopping cart opportunity.  Always, capture need, budget and timeframe using sales questions

    F.    Consult with EnviroGuard Subject Matter Expert (SME) as needed to assist Prospect (See Internal List of subject matter experts).

    G.   Enter prospect lead information into CRM as needed to nurture and track customer acquisition opportunity.

    H.    Complete Quotation Worksheet and determine the Scope of Work if appropriate to pre-qualify customer acquisition opportunity.

    I.     Recommend the appropriate action to prospect to get pricing and purchase product and creates a call to action.

    J.    Route pre-qualified leads to the Marketing Coordinator for lead management assignment.
