Over 100 guests registered! The first 7x24 Exchange event in San Diego!

The quest for energy innovations and their applicability in data centers is of paramount importance in the critical facilities industry. The 7x24 Exchange Southern California Chapter was pleased to schedule its inaugural San Diego meeting aboard the historic USS Midway, in the footsteps of commissioned 225,000 sailors. Speakers included Marty Turock, Cleantech San Diego, Shawn Jones, Center for Sustainable Energy, and Vic Shao, Green Charge Networks.

7x24 Exchange SoCal's Chapter President, Doug Wimberly, was on deck to moderate the evening's panel, "The Next Big Thing", and proctor the audience's questions.

The event host graciously served complimentary catered refreshments and food during and after the meeting, aboard the ship, which included a selection of local craft beers and wine. Networking was ongoing throughout the evening, sponsors were available throughout to speak with meeting guests. Following the panel discussion, knowledgeable experts guided guest tours throughout the ship's museum areas.
